Sira members generate $3.2 million in value in just two years

Jordan-based business community Sira has announced that its 90 members have collectively generated $3.2 million in value within the first two years of operation. Founded in 2022 by Zara Najjar and Ayah B. Saeed, Sira aims to promote holistic growth, inclusivity, and values-driven connections among its members. With a presence in Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, Sira offers its members access to a private communication platform where they can collaborate, hire, invest, and support each other.

Sira, the first professional membership community of its kind in the MENA region, focuses on fostering authentic connections and holistic development. The milestone of generating $3.2 million underscores the effectiveness of Sira’s unique model, which emphasizes shared values over traditional markers of success like titles or financial achievements. The founders, former Endeavor associates, were inspired to create Sira after recognizing the transformative power of meaningful connections in business.

“Our goal was to build a community based on values rather than perceived social value,” said Ayah B. Saeed, co-founder of Sira. “We wanted to show that you can be both profitable and true to your values, and our members’ success proves that point.”

Sira’s membership process prioritizes values such as collaboration, transparency, inclusion, and respect. Unlike typical professional networks, applicants are evaluated on these principles rather than their career status or achievements. Current members review and vote on anonymized applications, ensuring a democratic and inclusive selection process.

“Sira allowed me to explore new business opportunities, form valuable partnerships, and tap into a diverse community of professionals,” said Maher Nammari, CEO of Masar and Sira member.

Members of the Sira Community benefit from monthly events focused on professional and personal development, with inspiring talks from industry leaders like Dr. Geoff Smart. These curated events foster genuine interactions, leading to deeper relationships and impactful collaborations.

Sira’s mission is to create spaces for authentic connections by encouraging vulnerability and meaningful engagement, both online and in-person. The community’s approach has contributed to its members’ success in generating significant value over the past two years.
