Moroccan SaaS startup Userguest has secured $2.4 million in a Seed funding round, led by Al Mada Ventures with participation from CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, Plug & Play, and prominent business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman.

Established in 2018 by Ahmed Chami, Assil Bernossi, and Hicham Benyebdri, Userguest offers a fully automated solution designed to help hotels boost their direct revenue. The platform enhances hotel websites by delivering personalized messages and strategic incentives to website visitors, driving more direct bookings.

A large portion of this investment will be used to strengthen Userguest’s sales team, helping the company expand into key markets and further establish its leadership in hotel revenue optimization.

The $2.4 million Seed round, equivalent to EUR 2.2 million, highlights the confidence investors have in Userguest’s growth potential. According to co-founder Hicham Benyebdri, the investment will fuel the startup’s ambitious expansion plans, focusing on improving hotel performance and enhancing the customer experience for both hoteliers and travelers.

Al Mada Ventures’ Yassine Soual expressed excitement about leading the round, citing Userguest’s rapid growth and commitment to innovation as key reasons for backing the company. Soual added that the funding would enable Userguest to continue delivering outstanding value in the hospitality tech sector.
