The Cairo-based fintech firm Banknbox has entered into a strategic partnership with CSC Jordan, a prominent electronic payments provider. This collaboration is designed to boost financial inclusion and extend advanced services to clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Launched in 2022 by Bassem Mahmoud, Banknbox offers digital banking and payment services, featuring ATM administration, transaction monitoring, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Its collaborator, CSC Jordan, has been a significant entity in the Jordanian market since 2004, with a focus on electronic payments and ATM management.
The partnership between the two companies aims to merge their customer-facing systems and connect applications among banks and financial institutions, providing unique regional services. This integration is anticipated to enhance their joint position in the MENA fintech market.
